The stain is still visible after wash?
Don’t let this worry you, stain occurs due to proteins in the blood. Do not wash with hot water as this will cause the protein to cooks and bind tighter to fiber, making it more difficult to remove them. Just use cold water to rinse.
The type of fabric also plays a role organic fabrics such as bamboo and cotton are more likely to stain. Where else minky is easier to wash and more stain repellent.
Having a little stain on your pad doesn’t mean that it isn’t clean. If you are concerned about staining, you can choose a darker colour fabric to make it less visible, for example the red and black pattern above “HEELS” print.
